The Jam Program provides a unique service not only to our students taking lessons at Stellar but also to anyone of any age who just want to Jam with like-minded musicians in our fully equipped jam studio. We match and schedule vocalists and musicians of similar playing ability, their preferred style of music, appropriate age levels and provide the best equipment and music charts available. Our extensive lists of Jam members or Stellar faculty are ready to step in at moments notice in the event of key musicians cancel on short notice. Professional level recording services are also available.

Junior Jam
Youth participant under 16 years are assigned a jam facilitator to help direct the group and teach playing techniques including soloing, rhythm, accompanying and overall musicianship for playing in groups.

Rates for Junior Jam
    • $18 per person per hour

Adult Jam
Adult participants can choose to work with one of our professional musicians to facilitate the session and help keep things moving or work on their own. Request to play with certain individuals will be given consideration based on availability.

Rates for adult Jam
    • $18 per person per hour without facilitator
    • $23 per person per hour with facilitator
